Lion’s Mane is a gourmet mushroom that we grow all year round. Also known Satyr's Beard, Bearded Tooth Mushroom, Bearded Hedgehog Mushroom, Pom Pom Mushroom, Bearded Tooth Fungus, our sourced our strain from the wild and you can taste the difference.
The texture is very similar to crab or lobster. The flavor isn't strong, some people liken it to a mild seafood-like flavor and others think it just tastes like a subtle and superb mushroom.
They make a great substitute for shell fish if you have an allergy. Lion's Man is also said to have health benefits for neurological disorders and to help memory.
